Dealer and Listing Rules

1. Dealer obligations

• provide accurate and current information;
• list only numbers the Dealer has a right to offer;
• state prices and installment terms accurately;
• update number availability promptly;
• avoid misleading users;
• comply with applicable telecom-operator rules.

2. Listing content

For an ordinary sale, the price and currency must be stated. An installment offer must state the initial payment, monthly payment, term, and currency.

A separate total installment price is entered only when the service expressly provides that field. A Dealer must not hide or misrepresent material payment terms.

3. Accuracy and availability

The title, number, telecom operator, price, currency, installment terms, and contact details must be accurate. A number that has been sold or is otherwise unavailable must be updated without undue delay.

4. Prohibited listings

• numbers the Dealer has no right to offer;
• false, misleading, or materially incomplete information;
• material that infringes another person’s rights;
• unlawful or fraudulent offers;
• repeating the same offer in a manner that misleads users;
• unsupported claims of authority from MaxRaqam or a telecom operator.

5. Dealer review

MaxRaqam may request Dealer information and documents confirming the Dealer’s activity. Review documents are not published publicly.

6. Contact and transactions

Dealers must keep their public phone and Telegram details current. Number delivery, reassignment, payment, and installment arrangements take place between the Dealer, buyer, and relevant telecom operator.

7. Moderation measures

MaxRaqam may review a listing, require corrections, limit its visibility, remove it, or temporarily or permanently restrict Dealer features. Repeated, dangerous, or deliberate violations may lead to stronger measures.

8. TOP promotion

TOP promotes the visibility of a listing but does not guarantee a sale. If a listing is removed for a rule violation, MaxCoin used for TOP is generally not refunded.
