MaxRaqam Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

MaxRaqam respects user privacy and uses only the information necessary to provide services, maintain security, review requests, and meet lawful obligations.

The operator of MaxRaqam is MAXTOUR MOBILE APP "MCHJ", Tax ID (STIR) 313034844. The official legal website is raqampolicy.mxtr.uz.

2. Information we may use

• Account information: email address, account identifier, selected language, and account status.
• When Sign in with Apple is used, identity information and an email address that Apple may provide.
• For Dealer registration: name, public phone number, Telegram address or username, other public contact details, description, logo, and documents supplied to confirm the activity.
• Listing information: phone number, mobile operator, price or installment terms, currency, availability, and Dealer information.
• Service activity: Favorites, contacts with Dealers, inquiries, and listing complaints.
• For notifications, a device notification identifier and necessary application-version information.
• Information about MaxCoin and TOP use, balance changes, and related account entries.
• If MaxCoin purchases are available, necessary payment information may be handled by a payment provider. MaxRaqam does not store complete bank-card details.

3. Why information is used

• creating and protecting accounts;
• registering and reviewing Dealers;
• publishing and displaying listings;
• enabling contact between buyers and Dealers;
• operating Favorites, inquiries, and notifications;
• reviewing complaints and preventing fraud or misuse;
• managing and deleting accounts;
• providing MaxCoin, TOP, and other platform services;
• meeting legal requirements.

4. Public information

An active Dealer’s name, logo, public phone number, Telegram contact, description, and verification mark may be visible to other users.

The listed phone number, mobile operator, price or installment terms, currency, and Dealer information are public marketplace information.

Dealers should understand that information placed in public fields may be accessible to an unrestricted audience over the Internet. Documents supplied for review are not published publicly.

5. External service providers

MaxRaqam may use trusted providers for data storage and account access, email delivery, Apple sign-in and notifications, Telegram for administrative moderation, and payment services when MaxCoin purchases are enabled.

Only information needed for the relevant service is shared. MaxRaqam does not sell personal data to advertisers and does not track users across websites or applications for advertising.

6. Phone and Telegram

Tapping a phone number places a call through the device’s phone application. Choosing Telegram takes the user to Telegram.

Further communication in those external services is outside MaxRaqam’s control and is governed by the relevant service’s rules.

7. Dealer review

A Dealer may provide documents confirming its activity. These documents are not published and are used only for review, safety, and relevant dispute handling.

8. Data retention

Information is retained for the period needed for the relevant purpose. After account deletion, active sign-in information and personal data that is no longer needed are deleted or de-identified.

Certain information may be retained as necessary for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute review, security, and protection of lawful rights. Account records relating to MaxCoin, TOP, and payments may also be kept in accordance with legal and accounting requirements.

9. Account deletion

A user may start account deletion from the account security section of the MaxRaqam application. Identity may need to be confirmed again for security.

After confirmation, active operation of the account stops and deletion begins. If the account is linked to Apple, the related sign-in authorization is also revoked.

Certain information required for accounting, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance may be retained.

10. User choices and rights

• view and update personal information;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete optional information;
• turn off notifications;
• delete the account;
• contact the operator about personal data at developer@mxtr.uz.

11. Changes to this Policy

The current version is published at raqampolicy.mxtr.uz. Users may be informed in an appropriate manner before material changes take effect.
