MaxRaqam Terms of Use

1. Nature of the service

MaxRaqam does not own or sell the advertised phone numbers. Using the platform means accepting these Terms.

2. MaxRaqam’s role

MaxRaqam provides an information venue for buyers and Dealers to contact one another. Payment for a number, delivery of a SIM card, number reassignment, and related actions are handled between the buyer, Dealer, and relevant telecom operator.

• MaxRaqam is not a telecom operator;
• does not own the advertised number;
• does not reassign the number;
• does not hold transaction funds for the parties;
• is not the lender for a Dealer’s installment offer;
• does not guarantee completion of a transaction between a buyer and Dealer.

3. Account

An account is required for some features. Users must keep sign-in details confidential, must not share them with others, and should take due care over activity in their accounts.

4. Dealers

Dealers are responsible for the accuracy and currency of information they publish. MaxRaqam may review information, request explanations or documents, and restrict or remove listings that violate the rules.

5. Installments

The Dealer sets the initial payment, monthly payment, term, and other installment conditions. MaxRaqam does not provide credit, collect installment debt, or guarantee performance of installment obligations.

Phone calls and Telegram messages take place outside MaxRaqam. Before transferring money, users should independently check the counterparty, documents, and number-reassignment procedure.

8. Prohibited conduct

• publishing false offers or misleading users;
• listing a number without a lawful right to offer it;
• fraud or infringement of third-party rights;
• publishing unlawful content;
• misusing the complaints process;
• interfering with the platform’s ordinary operation.

9. Moderation

MaxRaqam may review, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, Dealer profiles, and listings that violate the rules. Measures depend on the nature, repetition, and risk of the violation.

10. Responsibility

MaxRaqam takes reasonable measures to support platform stability and safety, but is not a party to a transaction between an independent Dealer and buyer. Mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

11. Updates to the Terms

The current Terms are published at raqampolicy.mxtr.uz. Once updates take effect, continued use of the service is governed by the current version.
