MaxRaqam Public Offer

1. Scope

This Offer does not govern the sale or acquisition of an advertised phone number between a Dealer and buyer. That transaction is made independently by those parties.

2. Paid services

A service is available only when it is actually offered to the user in the application.

• purchase of MaxCoin;
• TOP advertising promotion using MaxCoin;
• other paid platform services identified separately in the application.

3. MaxCoin

MaxCoin is an internal unit used for selected MaxRaqam services.

• it is not intended to function as money or electronic money;
• it cannot be transferred between users;
• it cannot be exchanged for cash;
• it cannot be used outside MaxRaqam.

4. TOP

TOP is a paid advertising promotion for a listing. One promotion lasts 7 days. TOP does not guarantee a sale, an inquiry, or a completed transaction. It does not renew automatically.

5. Payment

When MaxCoin purchases are available, payment is made using the method shown in the application. Payment to a Dealer for the phone number itself is not covered by this Offer.

6. Refunds

Used MaxCoin is non-refundable except where a refund is mandatory under applicable law.

MaxCoin used for TOP may be refunded only if the relevant service was not delivered because of a technical failure on MaxRaqam’s side.

A user’s deletion of a listing, sale of the number, or restriction of a Dealer for violating the rules is generally not a basis for a TOP refund.

7. Acceptance

Selecting a paid service and confirming payment in the manner shown in the application constitutes acceptance of this Offer for that service.
