Moderation and Complaints
MaxRaqam reviews listings, Dealer profiles, and user reports to help maintain trust in the platform.
1. Moderation principles
Moderation supports safety, information accuracy, compliance with the rules, and user interests. Decisions are based on available information and the nature of the possible violation.
2. Reasons for review
- a user complaint;
- signs of inaccurate or outdated information;
- a risk of fraud or misleading conduct;
- repetition of identical or unlawful offers;
- an infringement of third-party rights or these Rules;
- other reasonable safety-related circumstances.
3. Reporting a listing
Users may send a listing for review through the complaint option in the application. Users should select the most accurate reason and add an explanation when helpful.
Submitting a report does not by itself mean that the listing has been found to violate the rules.
4. Review process
MaxRaqam may review the listing, Dealer profile, earlier contacts, and submitted information. Additional explanations or documents may be requested from the Dealer or reporting user when needed.
5. Possible measures
- closing the report without action;
- requiring a listing correction;
- temporarily limiting listing visibility;
- removing a listing;
- restricting a Dealer profile or account features;
- suspending an account for a repeated or serious violation.
6. Requesting review of a moderation decision
A user or Dealer may write to developer@mxtr.uz about a moderation decision. The request should include the account email, relevant listing or Dealer name, the decision at issue, and supporting information.
7. Misuse of complaints
Knowingly false reports, repeated complaints intended to harm a competitor, or attempts to mislead moderation are prohibited and may result in restrictions.
8. External disputes
Disputes over payment for a number, reassignment, or other transaction terms between a Dealer and buyer are addressed by those parties and the relevant telecom operator. MaxRaqam may review information about a platform-rule violation, but is not a party to the transaction.
